Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Valori Cloud. It is part of the Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.

Prohibited activities

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Store or process data you do not have the lawful right to store or process.
• Upload or distribute malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other customers’ data, or our infrastructure.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent, or breach any security or authentication measure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via denial-of-service attacks, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, or plan restrictions.
• Use the Service to mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to vector storage and search.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing.
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or use the Service to facilitate them.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse or security issues to [LEGAL INPUT REQUIRED: security contact email (e.g. security@valori.systems)].

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate. Where practical and not detrimental to security or a legal obligation, we will give notice before suspending an account.
